If you are on your own personal device and not one shared with others, enable the "Remember Me" option to avoid entering your credentials every time. Do not enable this feature on public computers or shared devices.

1ong777 Login Security

The security of your 1ong777 account is a shared responsibility between the platform and you. Here are essential security practices to follow to keep your account fully protected at all times.

Use a Strong & Unique Password
Choose a password that combines uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not reuse a password from another platform – your 1ong777 account should have its own unique password.
Ensure Your Registered Phone Number Is Active
The Malaysian phone number you registered with is the primary key to your account security — it is used for OTP verification and password resets. If you change your phone number, update your account immediately through 1ong777 support.
Never Share Your Login Credentials
Your 1ong777 account password and phone number are confidential – do not share them with anyone, including family members. Each account is an individual's responsibility, and all activity within your account falls under your accountability.
Avoid Public Wi-Fi When Logging In
While 1ong777 uses 256-bit SSL encryption, as an extra precaution, avoid logging in to your account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks such as those at cafes, shopping malls, or airports.
Log Out After Every Session
Always log out of your 1ong777 account when you're done playing, especially on shared devices. The 1ong777 platform will also automatically end your session after a period of inactivity for added security.

Phishing Warning: Be cautious of fake websites that imitate the appearance of 1ong777. Make sure the URL in your browser is 1ong777.xyz before entering any credentials. Bookmark our official login page for your security.

Full FAQ

If you can't remember the phone number used to register your 1ong777 account, please contact our customer support team via live chat, available 24/7. Provide identity verification details such as your full name, date of birth, and a payment method you've previously used (e.g. Touch 'n Go eWallet or GrabPay). Our team will verify your identity and help restore access to your account promptly.

Yes, you can log in to your 1ong777 account from multiple devices — such as your smartphone and laptop — simultaneously. However, for security, we recommend monitoring your active sessions within your account and logging out of any devices you're not using. If you notice a suspicious login from an unrecognised device, change your password immediately and contact 1ong777 support.

1ong777 uses an automatic session timeout as an important security measure. If your account remains inactive for a set period – typically 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the session type – the system will end the session automatically and you will need to log in again. This is an industry-standard safeguard to prevent unauthorised access, especially if you accidentally leave your session open. You can reduce how often you need to log in again by enabling the "Remember Me" option on your personal device.

Both methods – the mobile app and web browser – use the same 256-bit SSL encryption and offer equivalent levels of security. The 1ong777 mobile app may provide added convenience through biometric login (fingerprint or facial recognition) depending on your device, which can make the login process faster and more secure. Always download the 1ong777 app from official sources only to avoid counterfeit applications.

For security reasons, we do not disclose the exact number of login attempts permitted. However, 1ong777's security system monitors repeated login attempts with incorrect credentials and will take appropriate protective action — including temporarily blocking access from the relevant IP address or requiring additional verification. If your account is locked due to too many failed attempts, contact 1ong777 support via live chat with proof of identity to restore access.

If you have just reset your password but are still unable to log in, try the following: (1) Make sure you are using the newly set password and not your old one. (2) Check that there are no accidental spaces at the beginning or end of your password when typing it. (3) Try clearing your browser cache or use incognito mode. (4) Wait 2–3 minutes after resetting, as the system may need a moment to update your new password. If the issue persists after these steps, contact 1ong777 support via live chat for further assistance.
